Projects
1968 Cessna 180. This aircraft is our own baby for running around BC and Alberta on business and hopefully a bit of pleasure flying also. More photos to come. Restoration completed May 2009. Photo below of the first flight May 7 2009.

Before and After Projects:
1950 DHC-2 Beaver. This aircraft was bought by a customer of ours in December of 2009, just outside of Montreal Quebec. In May of 2010, once the route across Canada was thawed out, the owner and Rick Church flew it across Canada on a 3 day journey to Langley BC. The first project completed on it was the remodel and restoration of the panel (pictured below as Before and After). In the Summer of 2011, the owner plans on a complete re-do of the interior with PORT INTERIORS, and new paint prior to the aircraft being mounted on straight floats.
Before:

Above Left: Panel as it originally was prior to updating. Above Right: The 'Clay' kids ontop the wing of the Beaver upon its arrival to Langley in May 2010.
Prior to the restoration, this aircraft did not have a transponder or intercom and was fairly 'bashed' up after 60 years of knees and feet hitting the dash.
After:

After a fair bit of bondo, sanding, a couple coats of fresh paint and some new avionics, circuit breakers, switches, instruments, a set of co-pilot rudder pedals, and our AME Ryan's fabulous wiring job the panel is now complete.

Thank you to: Inland Communications for supplying a great radio set -up and GPS.
Port Aircraft Interiors for the leather work done to the yoke. Electronics International for the volt/amp and EGT/CHT gauges. And of course Reg at R.Lolande Enterprises for the CNC router overlays, engravings and instrument panels.
